1. Operator

This website is operated by Daniel Plaisier under the Studio ERA22 brand.

Studio ERA22 is not a separate Czech or Dutch legal entity. Daniel Plaisier is the legal supplier and invoice issuer.

2. Professional and B2B use

Studio ERA22 offers services for business, entrepreneurial, organisational and professional purposes.

The launch website is not intended to conclude consumer contracts.

3. Enquiries are not binding orders

Sending an enquiry, preparing a message or requesting a call:

• does not create a contract;
• does not reserve production capacity;
• does not confirm a price;
• does not confirm a delivery date;
• does not confirm the selected call time until the assigned host approves the request.

Paid work begins only after an accepted proposal, signed agreement or another expressly confirmed written arrangement.

4. Public prices

Public prices are starting points for focused entry scopes.

The final scope, price, responsibility, timing, third-party costs and ongoing support are confirmed individually.

EUR prices apply to Dutch and international enquiries. Czech-market projects are quoted in CZK, including where communication takes place in English.

Information on this website is not an automatic offer that can be accepted merely by clicking a button.

5. Project agreements

An accepted proposal or project agreement controls:

• deliverables;
• exclusions;
• revisions;
• responsibilities;
• timing;
• payment;
• intellectual property;
• licences;
• Care;
• handover;
• termination.

If website information conflicts with an accepted project document, the accepted project document controls that project.

6. Intellectual property

The Studio ERA22 name, wordmark, website design, text, imagery, code, components and other original materials are protected.

You may view and use the website for ordinary professional evaluation. You may not copy, publish, sell, impersonate, reverse engineer for misuse or present Studio ERA22 materials as your own without permission.

Project-specific ownership and licence rights are governed by the accepted proposal or agreement.

7. External links and applications

The website may link to or connect with client websites, independent projects, email applications, WhatsApp, Cal.com, Google Calendar, Google Meet and other services.

External services operate under their own terms and privacy information. Studio ERA22 remains responsible for its own conduct but does not control the independent operation of those services.

8. Availability and accuracy

Studio ERA22 aims to keep public information accurate and the website available, but temporary errors, maintenance or external-service failures may occur.

No public statement guarantees a commercial outcome, search ranking, conversion result or uninterrupted third-party service.

9. Prohibited use

Do not use the website to:

• interfere with security or availability;
• submit unlawful or harmful content;
• attempt unauthorised access;
• impersonate another person or business;
• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

10. Law and disputes

Project agreements specify the applicable law and dispute arrangements. Unless agreed otherwise, Czech law applies, subject to mandatory rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.
